This is what we know so far about the Google Nexus One. Spec-wise it has a 1ghz Snapdragon processor, the microSD card slot is expandable up to 32GB, a 3.7-inch display, the shell has a Teflon coating, a 5-megapixel camera with LED Flash, 512MB of ROM plus 512MB of RAM. It runs Android 2.1. firmware.
